Payment of Fees Policy

Clear, fair and family-focused – supporting your child’s learning journey

At Imaginations Pre-School Fairfield, we are committed to keeping our fee structure transparent and manageable, while continuing to deliver high-quality early education for children across Fairfield, Cabramatta, Canley Vale and surrounding suburbs.

Enrolment & Bond

  • A one-time enrolment fee is charged at the time of registration.

  • A refundable bond of two weeks’ full fees is required to secure your child’s enrolment.

How Fees Work

  • Fees are charged fortnightly in advance via direct debit or Eftpos Payment

  • Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is applied automatically to reduce out-of-pocket costs.

  • Parents are responsible for the gap fee (the amount after CCS is applied).

  • Fees are payable on all booked days, including:

    • Public holidays

    • Sick days

    • Family holidays

    • Centre closures due to emergencies

  • No refunds are provided for absences.

Payment Methods

  • Direct debit is preferred and can be set up during enrolment.

  • Weekly or monthly advance payment options are available.

  • Families will receive electronic receipts and statements.

  • Late pickup fees apply at $5 per minute after closing time.

Need Help Paying Fees?

  • We offer flexible payment plans during financial difficulty.

  • Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) may apply in some situations.

  • Ensure your CCS is up to date by checking with Centrelink.

Fee Reviews & Ending Enrolment

 

  • Any change in fees will be communicated at least 4 weeks in advance.

  • Families must give 2 weeks’ written notice to end enrolment.

  • Enrolment may be withdrawn after 3 reminders for unpaid fees.
