We respect every family’s wishes when it comes to photos and videos. At Imaginations Pre-School and Early Learning Centre Fairfield, we always ask for parent or guardian permission before taking or using any images of your child.

You can choose whether photos are used for classroom-only purposes (like displays or portfolios), or if you’re happy for us to use them for internal and promotional use. If you prefer not to have any photos or videos taken, we fully respect that choice.

This includes identity checks, police clearances, Working With Children Checks (WWCC), and reference checks. We follow all NSW Department of Education and licensing rules.

To keep our standards high, we also update checks regularly and ensure all staff complete ongoing child safety and first aid training.
